Okari GX is a brand of Okari Systems, an operating company in the Biz Dev Holdings portfolio. The technology layer is licensed from Biz Dev App, the parent platform. Investor-facing terms attach at the holding-company level unless explicitly carved out for a specific vertical.
Why now
Hydrocarbon custody verification is one of the largest open problems in the energy sector, with annual losses to fraud, theft and unverified handoffs measured in tens of billions of dollars. The platform stack — edge hardware, satellite-resilient comms, immutable ledger, AI visual verification and smart-contract settlement — is mature enough to ship, and the regulatory landscape (sovereign petroleum authorities, post-quantum cryptography mandates, ESG telemetry requirements) is moving in our direction.
Current capital posture
- Stage: revenue-generating pilots and platform integrations; growth round being structured.
- Vehicle: Biz Dev Holdings is the issuer for platform-level participation; vertical-specific terms (Okari GX) available on request.
- Use of funds: Sovereign-node deployments in launch markets, hardware supply-chain partnerships, regulatory affairs, GTM and channel build-out.
Affiliated technology
Okari GX shares ledger and identity infrastructure with the XODIAK chain, the AXON observability layer and the OpenClaw workforce engine — all parts of the Biz Dev App platform. Investors evaluating Okari GX are encouraged to evaluate the platform together rather than as an isolated wedge.
