1. Scope
This notice describes how Okari Systems (operating brand of the Biz Dev App platform) handles personal data collected through okarigx.com and the Okari GX platform.
2. What we collect
- Contact data you give us — name, email, company, role, country and the content of your message — when you request a pilot, briefing or partnership.
- Usage data — anonymized server logs (IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) used to operate and secure the website.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Notice for the full list. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
3. How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and route it to the right internal team.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and platform.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Send platform-related communications you have requested (e.g., investor updates, partner briefings).
4. Legal bases (EU / UK)
- Legitimate interests — operating the website and responding to direct inquiries.
- Consent — non-essential cookies and any marketing communications.
- Contract — pilot or production engagements once a written agreement is in place.
- Legal obligation — complying with applicable law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual protections (e.g., email infrastructure, ledger hosting); (b) affiliated brands within the Biz Dev App platform where reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry; (c) law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
6. International transfers
Okari Systems is headquartered in the United States with regional teams in Ghana and Nigeria. Personal data may be transferred between these locations under appropriate safeguards. For deployments inside a sovereign-node host country, personal data stays inside that country's ledger boundary by default.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months unless an active engagement extends that period.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing bill@bdsrvs.com. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including transport encryption, least-privilege access controls and a post-quantum signature scheme on the platform's custody ledger. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a personal-data breach where required by law.
10. Contact
